Available Jobs
Essential Functions:
Offsite engine repairs on industrial and residential power generation equipment
Engine and electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting
Generator start-ups
Preventative maintenance of power generation equipment, including but not limited to oil and filter changes and part replacement
Safe operation and proper care of company vehicle
Respond to 24 hour emergency calls for repairs and service
Minimum Education, Qualifications, Skills, Competencies and Experience:
Two or more years of previous hands-on service experience working on 8.5kW — 150kW generators; candidates with limited electrical experience, but with strong engine experience, will be considered.
We will also train the right person! Do you have small engine experience?
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and on call hours as required
Ability to work in a productive manner in all types of weather and environments.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Must also be able to pass a criminal background check.
Must possess integrity, a strong sense of urgency and drive for success.
Possess a strong customer services focus with good verbal communication skills.
Must possess and maintain a current, valid state driver’s license.

Essential Duties
- Must have correctable vision to 20/40
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license and any other required professional licenses
- Must attain and maintain valid Medical Examiner’s Certification (DOT card)
- A background in Generator installation, maintenance and repair preferred. Comparable skills in small engines, electrical, or HVAC will be considered.
- Must have a basic understanding of Electrical systems, ATS functionality, Fuel systems (Natural Gas/Propane) and Digital Controls/firmware required.
- Must be able to lift up to several hundred pounds with assistance.
- This position requires frequent/extended walking, crouching, climbing, standing, driving.
- Must be able to speak and read English.
- Work and driving will be performed in all extremes of weather.
