Piece Of Mind
About ten days after RCA installed our generator the homes in our town had about 50% lose electricity due to a sudden storm. My wife works from home, so she was so happy to have the generator instantly tun on. My wife is a realtor, so most of her work is done on home computers. Most real estate transactions are so time-sensitive so having the ability to work and send legal contracts such as a purchase and sale agreement is very important. My perspective is I have been an insurance agent for over 35 years. I have dealt with clients who have suffered serious damage to homes or businesses when there has been a power interruption especially during winter months and burst pipes have occurred. The piece of mind knowing we have a generator to continue the systems in our home is very important to us. We plan to spend some time in warmer climates during the winters and will be away from our home. Knowing we do not have to worry about our home while away is truly priceless!

Very easy and quick installation. Get this: RCA was going to activate the generator on Thursday, 7/30. We had a tropical storm coming at us on Tuesday, 7/28. So, they agreed to activate on Monday, 7/27, instead. Guess what? Two power outages on Tuesday. But we had electricity!!! That's responsiveness! Thanks, RCA

I just want to express how pleased we are with the installation of our Generator but more important the excellent work exhibited by your installers.
This was a very difficult installation with many obstacles and somehow they were able to find solutions to complete the installation by crawling under a very narrow space under the deck on a raining day and drilled through concrete wall to run the cable.

Flawless - from beginning to end, from initial visit through installation. The crew was professional and respectful. The office staff was a step ahead throughout the process. And I can confirm the system works as it should - we had a major snowstorm where the power was out for 23 hours, and our system started up immediately and saw us through the entire storm.

Just got my generator installed 2/4/17. Blizzard hit 2/9/17 around Noon. Power out by 4pm. Generator kicked right on!! Around 6pm - Generator quit running. Called Donna and within 15 minutes - Ben was at my door!! He changed the air filter that was caked in snow and ice and had the generator back up in less than 5 minutes. It continued to run for the rest of the storm. My power was restored at 3:30 AM on 2/10/17. And as a bonus - Ben plowed my driveway!! Now that's GREAT customer Service!!

I recently moved to Cape Cod, MA, we purchased a house that is dependent on electricity to run everything. I researched several generators and installation companies, I decided to use RCA Electrical Contractors Inc. located in Marston Mills, MA and I am glad that I did. To make a long story short, several techs came out and couldn't diagnose issue until I called RCA now my Generac is purring like a kitten. Excellent Service
During winter storm Juno, my Generac machine after running about two hours suffered a very strong momentary power surge from the National Grid system which evidently destroyed my main circuit board and alternator portion of my 20 KW machine. During the raging storm, my dealer, RCA Electric, managed to get though the storm.and arrived at my home but was unable to fix the issue. After a subsequent visit when the storm had stopped, my dealer determined that he had to order a replacement alternator from Generac. As soon as the replacement alternator arrived, a house call was scheduled and in temperatures hovering near 15 degrees, the technician worked for nearly two hours installing the replacement parts and managed to get the generator back in working order which was tested extensively before leaving. I never realized how much the generator means to my peace of mind until it was no longer available. I travel on business quite often so I totally rely on my Generac to keep my wife and our home safe and comfortable. RCA Electric has proven to me to be a most skilled and professional provider of service.
